India Post Office Sports Quota Postman and other Posts Recruitment 2022
India Postal Services announces various posts vacancy for Gujarat Circle totally for Sports Quota Candidates. A total of 188 posts will be recruited by the postal department. Under this recruitment process, 71 posts of Postal Assistant and Sorting Assistant, 56 posts of Postman, and 6 posts of Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) will be recruited.

Eligibility Conditions
Age Limit
- For Postal Assistent(PA) and Sorting Assistant(SA) Age must be between 18 to 27 years
- For Postman or Mail Guard Age must be between 18 to 27 years
- For Multi-Tasking Staff(MTS) Age must be between 18 to 25 years
the age will be calculated as on 25 November 2021. Apart from this, reserved categories are given relaxation in the upper age limit as per government rules.
Educational Qualifications
- For Postal Assistant(PA) / Sorting Assistant(SA)
- Pass the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination in any subject from a recognized Board or Equivalent.
- Along with this, it is mandatory to have done 60 days computer certificate course from a recognized institute.
- Sports Qualification as per Rules.
- For Postman / Mail Guard
- Pass the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) Examination in any subject from a recognized Board or Equivalent.
- Along with this, it is mandatory to have done 60 days computer certificate course from a recognized institute.
- Knowledge of local language i.e GUJARATI in Secondary Certificate (10th) Examination.
- Candidate has to acquire Driving Licence within 2 years of appointment.
- Sports Qualification as per Rules.
- For Multi-Tasking Staff(MTS)
- Secondary Certificate (10th) Examination from a recognized Board or Equivalent.
- Knowledge of local language i.e GUJARATI in Secondary Certificate (10th) Examination.
- Sports Qualification as per Rules.
Application Fee and Mode of Payment
For India Post Office Sports Quota Postman and other Posts Recruitment 2022, the application fee for the General, OBC and EWS categories has been kept at Rs 100.
Candidates belonging to The SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen and women are Exempted from paying the fee. Candidates can pay the application fee online mode on the official site.
